My wife and I hired JDM Construction to stain our basement floor to replace the carpeting that was there. Our cat has stomach issues and had stained the carpet to the point that multiple cleanings were no longer getting up the stains. We called Jason, who was an absolute pleasure to work with - easy-going and very helpful. We followed all his recommendations. Jason and Sam worked for 5 days on the basement floor and when they were finished it was gorgeous. They also left the work area at least as clean as when they started. Since the floor has been finished, the cat has gotten sick on it twice and it was so easy to clean up and left no marks. This is the best thing we've done in our house for years. He was very clear with his communication and scheduling, he stayed lated a few days to ensure he hit appropriate milestones in the project on time, and he even came by on a Saturday morning to finish up instead of waiting until Monday.
